Author Garden: many little black bugs on tomato plant jazzie Gardener Member # 8771 posted                    Hi, Yesterday I was out in the country, visiting with a client and I was moving her plants around and noticed many little, little black bugs on the stems of the tomato plants, they have clear wings. Her tomato plants have little yellow flowers!
