my plants leaves are falling off and it has little brown spots on the leaves when they come out can anyone help me

It could be a couple of things.
1. Too dry and the plant is stressing out.
2. Root bound
3. Fungi attack
4. Possible stress from having the plant in a new location
5. Improper fertilization

Is there any way you could take a picture and post a link to it? Also a bit of history of the plant will help, How big? How long have you had it? Any major changes in environment? When was the last time it was repotted?
