Firstly, as this is my first post, Hey there everyone! I had a question bugging me for quite some time. Is it suggested to drill holes at the BOTTOM of the bin, as well as the side panels? For now, I only see advantages: Having water drainage and a way to harvest Compost Tea. However, I believe there are disadvantages too. Can anyone list the disadvantages, if they exist? I'd be really grateful!

Welcome to the Forum! I just started a worm bin a few weeks ago and I've got holes drilled in the bottom so I can collect any excess water in a drip pan. I can use this to water my plants. I don't know of any disadvantages to doing this, do you? You said, you believed there would be some disadvantages - what might they be?
Have a beautiful day!
