Has anyone succesfully grown and had fruit form lemon, lime, banana, and other dwarf 'out-of their-natural-area' type plants/trees??

I'm most interested in successes in ZONE 5.

Are any from a particular mail-order greenhouse?

What have you done besides water?

If you feed them, then what, how often, what are your results with/without feed.
