Member # 3641 posted                       Put a net over the beans, like a mosquito net, to keep them off. or Harvest the grasshopeers, dip into a batter and stir fry or mix 2 cups of treacle/golden syrup/molasses with a gallon of water and spray the plants. Member # 85 posted                       Grasshoppers are NASTY!!! I never realized how much damage and eating they could do !! I look really funny when I go after them , chasing them around the yard, yelling obscenities while stomping them. I just recently read to use the slug bait pellets and so we are trying that at the farm I work at and it has reduced their numbers greatly. * * * * HAPPY BIRTHDAY CINDY!!!!!!!
