I have to go out and dig some holes for rhubarb. How big should they be?

I have a pie plant and today I made a crisp, and shared with the neighbors. WHICH, I am now inheriting their rhubarb plant plus getting some starts. I can also probably split my plant.

My hubby REALLY liked my crisp! and I can tell one rhubarb won't be enough.
