A friend brought me an english lavender plant today. On the ticket, it is called a "tender" perennial. Will it survive outdoors in NY state or should I grow indoors? Thanks for any help!

I do believe you have to bring it indoors .. I know that is what I have to do in Mass..Zone6

i'm also in zone 6 and i've never taken my lavendar in. i just make sure to mulch it really well...but then, i mulch EVERYTHING really well... [Razz]
