Here is a picture of one of the roses. It is so pretty I love looking at them. I'm hoping someone will harvest seed so I can trade for different colors this year. I so want to try to get more.

I know nothing about roses, but my hubby loves them. A few years ago we got a miniture which last about 3 years and then caput. We got a regular rose last year and its doing wonderfully. And he saw one he really loved so now we have another one! It`s white with red along the edges. It had 3 blooms when we bought it and I don`t see any buds so I don`t know what`s going to happen. It will be interesting to watch it develope. Sue

I've never seen a blue in the miniatures. Of course that doesn't mean there isn't one. I don't know why there wouldn't be. I plant to harvest the seeds even though that means less blooms and I'm hoping to trade my red for some of the other colors. From what I understand germination is difficult and takes about 4 months but I'm willing to try because I like them so very very much.

The blue one is called a "Blue Girl" and I have seen them in both the bushes and the miniatures...just can't remember which company had them, and now I'm having trouble finding them.

Michigan bulb has the full size one of the Blue Girl. I bought one this year.. so far nothing going on, but I'm a patient person! Right now it's just some brown stalks, but all my other rose bushes are starting to look pretty good.

Ok, found the rose. In the tea roses, it's called "Blue Girl". However, it blooms Lavendar not blue. You can see a picture of it here
http://www.growquest.com/hybrid%20T%20blue_girl.htm
Apparently, with the "Blue Girl" the amount of sunlight determines it's bloom colors. Hmm.

In the Mini's, the "Blue Girl" is called "VI's Violet" and it is here. http://www.johnsminiatureroses.com/cgi-bin/browse.cgi?page=item&cat=7&item=254

Some other places that sell mini roses are below:
http://www.noreast-miniroses.com
http://www.bridgesroses.com/catalog/ (good prices)

I did find a picture from another site of what it looked like when I ordered it, they called it lavendar/blue
