Last year i planted new Korean grass out of hope that it might survive the partial shaddy conditions of my lawn. But this year weeds, have completely destroyed my new grass. I have tried old method of eradicating root by root. But they pop up after every two weeks. Any help to solve this problem permanently or better approach.

I don't know if you can get it over there, but here in the US, there is a product that is made out of corn gluten that kills germinating weeds. WOW, WOW Plus, and Weedban are three types of this product. They are completely organic and serve dual purpose as a nitrogen fertilizer.
As for existing perennial weeds, the main organic control is pulling as you have tried and mowing your grass at the highest setting on your lawn mower. The grass is more likely to outcompete the weeds if you mow higher.
