how do i make fushia's bloom in april(i been using 20-20-20)? i just found out that i have to much phosphorus in the water what other kind of fertilzer would be good to use? i grow a lot of hanging baskets fushia's about 2000

April seems a bit early for fuschias to be blooming. If you find a way, please post it!

I'm with Cricket, how come your fushia's are
blooming sooooooooo early??
Ours wouldn't even be found blooming here
*N.Y/Growing Zone 5* until at least May!!!!!

But anyhow, for blooming, if you're looking for a fertilizer for blooming, I use Shultz Plus 10~60~10...
As I understand it, any fertilizer with a high
middle number is good for blooms, blooming and fruit/seed production!!!!

Hope this helps a wee~bit!!!!

I don't grow fushias but have been looking into them(as in heat tolerant ones).
They are heavy feeders and in fall you stop feedeing so they can rest.So I imagine if start fertilizeing EARLIER they would start earlier& increase the light.
