Malvas like Zebrina are in the Hollyhock family and don't require a lot of water. They need well draing soil and full to part sun. I have found it to be somewhat short lived (not sure why), but it reseeds so you shouldn't be without extra plants.

Thank you Alan. This has been a good sized project for me and I needed lots of help. This pretty much finishes it up for me so I know what to put on my seed exchange list once my package comes in from suze. Thanks again. And be looking in the seed exchange that's a pretty big group of seeds I'll be trying to exchange for things that are more drought tolerant.
