Author Garden: Bird-of-Paradise htjohn Gardener Member # 4568 posted                       I am visiting my daughter in LA and she has a bird-of-paradise plant next to the driveway that needs trimming. I cut out all of the old blooms, but wondered if I should prune any of the leaves also. It is very big and overgrown - about 4' tall and 6'+ in diameter.
