is it true that you should not start to fertilize a beginning rose bush til the shoots are 6 inches long? I have three brand new ones, they are a week into the ground, is that true? Elfinone

Elfinone: I always fertilize when I plant a Rose I use organic fertilizer doesnt have to be heavy as you dont want to burn them. Hope this helps.
