Well Chippy and I decided that since the lettuce bit the dust we would use the potting soil to fill in the Purple Velvet Passion Plants pot. The soil had sunk below it's original level and I was afraid that the roots were showing. Since it is practically new potting soil and it is the miracle grow slow release stuff maybe it will help with the fertilizing. The plant is suppose to need 20-20-20 on a pretty frequent schedule and I haven't been able to find any in a small enough package that I can afford to get it. Anyone have any ideas?

After I rest up from climbing over the couch to get to the plant, I plan on planting all the rest of the ranunculus. I don't know if the spot gets enough light but it's better then letting them die in the packages they were bought in.
