Can anyone tell me if Camelia's like an acid soil or should it have some lime added?

Help please.

(Haven't been here in a while....how's everyone?)

Camellias like acid soil like rhododendrons and azaleas. Some sources recommend adding peat moss or other organic matter to the planting holes.

Wow!! Weezie.....I am impressed that you remembered me. I haven't posted that much and it's been a long time since I was here. Yes, I am off to the other thread to say hello.

Thanks for the advice.
