I put a lemon seed in a cup with dirt and have watered it for the past two days. WIll it grow? * * * * The roots of learning are bitter, but the fruit it bears is sweet.

If it stays warm and moist you might actually have something, just don't let it get too chilly in the room. ~Celena

Hi! Im also wondering if you had any luck. I currently have a "citrus" tree I grew from seed (I had orange and tangerine seeds mixed together so Im not 100% sure exactly which one it is.) Anyway, I had them in dirt for what seemed like months and eventually they sprouted. The tree is almost 14 years old now! -Karen
