Author Garden: Magnolia tree issues zelinda Great Gardener Member # 2999 posted                       Hi, My mother's magnolia tree's leaves are turning yellow and dropping. She is in south Texas and the day time temperatures are rising into the 90's now. She successfully grew a magnolia at her previous house. Now that she's in the new house she planted a new magnolia and is having this problem. Can anyone say what the may be causing this? Could she be over or under watering? Or maybe it needs fertilizer?
