I have a Podranea Ricasoliana
I had lots last year but only a few this time.

And how much did you prune?
Once~just a little??

Hello JB,

Welcome to The Garden Helper Forum, you'll find a lot gardening friends here who are very helpful, friendly and are willing to share their gardening experience or do search to answer gardening questions from/for other Forum members.

Drop by anytime and please tell your friends about this friendly Forum at http://www.thegardenhelper.com/

Here's some info about your plant at:

http://www.plantzafrica.com/plantnop/podranricasol.htm

from the same site:

quote:
It will need pruning to be kept neat, and to keep it down to shrub size it should be pruned back hard every year. Pruning will also improve flowering. The best time for pruning is in winter or early spring just before new growth commences. It is known to sprout where prunings have been thrown, and it is an invasive garden escape in parts of Queensland and New South Wales in Australia and in New Zealand.
