Had the house tented for termites so had to move all my houseplants outside for 4 days. My 7' Dracaena and African Violets have many browning leaves. Many leaves are still green and new growth still appears healthy. The outside evening temperatures got down to 40 degrees F with daytime temps 65-70. Should I remove the damaged leaves? Any suggestions are welcome.
TIA,
sdMarie

I would definately remove the damaged leaves, lots of tropicals react to cold , anything lower than 55 degrees, also it could have been the sunlight. I move tropicals in and out each year and in spring lots of them have to get used to the sunlight again and get browned leaves

Now that you mention the sun, the damaged leaves are mostly on the side that would have faced it. If I remove them the poor thing will certainly be lopsided.

Thanks for the quick response!
