Hi Deb 789
Have had a lot of Mexican Heather, actually it is called mexican false heather. In florida, where I live it grows in sun and gets quite big. Anywhere from about 18 to nearly two feet across. You can go to Fori data encyclopedia of plants. Put in Mexican false heather and you will get a lot of info. and pictures. Here it has little violet flowers on the ends of the stems. I like it but it can get out of control. It has rizomes and they can pop up all over as it grows. I plane in putting some in a spot on the side of the yard. I like it.
