MY PLANT HAS 2 OLD FLOWERS ON IT AND NOW THERE ARE 2 NEW ONES. WHAT DO I DO WITH THE FADING FLOWERS ? NIP THEM OFF OR LET THEM FALL OFF ?? THANKS. LAURA [dunno]

Laura,
Now I'm not an expert here, but my own rule of thumb is to nip the old growth so that the plant doesn't waste valuable energy on it, especially when there is new growth coming out. That way the plant will focus all of it's nutrients and what not on the new growth and not on trying to keep the old stuff going. [Wink]
