i have had a honeysuckle plant for 3 years, its never flowered, its in full sun.problem i seem to get is that the leaves look like they have mildew on them, they die and drop off.at the moment its nice and green ,but have noticed a few leaves have started to get that mildew look again.i did have i rose bush (small)which had black spot on the leaves, ive pulled it up today.which i thought might be spreading black spot to the honeysuckle.has anyone have any ideas on this.i really would like to see it flower this year, before the leaves drop off again.
