What are you planting in your window boxes? I am tired of geraniums although they are preety but I am looking for some new ideas. They will get plenty of sun.

I'm going with the same thing I plant every year...petunias! I just can't get enough of them. The dark pink ones look so pretty hanging down right over my pink peonies.
If there turns out to be an empty space ANYWHERE in my yard, I stick a petunia in it! [flower]

I too love petunias. I don't have window boxes but would like some. My house has siding on it, will they work? What kind do you guys have?

Bestofour,
Did you see one of the posts on
"Upside Down" Gardening??

I am having Brain~Drain right now as to who
wrote it, it's not Njoynit, but they
had a upside down bucket and she said she did
petunia's in it, and they grew upwards...

It sounded really neat!!!!

Might give it a try if you don't have window boxes. [dunno]

I have white petunias that return each year - or at least this is the 3rd year in a row. Isn't that wierd?
