I live in Oak Ridge, TN and I have this vines that growing everywhere. It is an evergreen or semi-evergreen, its been green since we first looked at the place in December. Can anyone tell me what vines grow here? I would use a picture that I took with my digital camera but I don't know how.

Hello Kaleidoscope, Glad you found us, Love your name! Everyone's coming up with some good ones!!
Anyways, I just wanted to let you know that I might move your post, into the Mystery section. We have some gardeners that really like a good challenge, they come thru periodically, so sit tight...I'll leave it here for a bit, and see...
In the mean time, check out our new sections, we've got alot! We've added recipes, crafts and hobbies.. If you see one that you already do, post a reply, if you don't see one, add your's there... We have Banter Hall for Chatting and getting to know the gardeners. And Game Room to keep us busy, while we're waiting for spring to really spring...
Stick around, enjoy the site, get to know the gardeners, there's a little bit of everything here as far as gardeners go, Master Gardeners to the brand new gardeners..
We have a few members from your general area, I know Nikkal is from Tenn, and so is Alankhart too.
Happy Gardening! Weezie

Could be kudzu. How to get a pic on the web: first you need a host, community webshots is one I use, set up an account (under so many pics/albums is free), then either post a link or post the photo (I don't know how to post the photo in this forum). The link is easy, with webshots you have to go into your album as a visitor (without logging in, do a member search for your albums), click on the photo you want, go to the top of your screen where it says "address", right click on that, a little box will pop up, in that box click on copy, then in a reply box here, right click, the box will pop up again. This time click on paste. That's all there is to it. Takes more time to explain than actually do it.

Hello Weezie 13, I noticed Mystery Plants after I posted, so if you move my post it's alright with me. I will have to check out your other sections.Thank you!
Hello Bestofour, I'm not sure I'll have to check out some pictures. I did notice new shoot coming up so maybe that will be helpful. If you know of any good sites for honeysuckle and other vines let me know. Thank you!
Hello Donous29, I do know it's not kudzu, I've seen pictures of that and the leaves aren't shaped right. Thanks for the info on how to post a picture. Do you know of any good community webshots that may have plant pictures?
Please keep the ideas coming and I will check out the honeysuckle.

I think the vine in question is a honeysuckle. I was clearing some of it from on top of some junk and found black berries in sets of two. I wasn't sure if it was honeysuckle until then, because of all the various leaves. I really have my work cutout for me. This house was empty since August 2002 and the last owners left junk. Needless to say it has become overgrown. I will not get rid all of the honeysuckle though, being a partial wooded lot I don't think I want too.
