I'm not sure where to put this post...
I've got a new plant - I don't know English name for it, but it looks like that...

I'd like to know how to grow it and keep it on minimum. The plants makes baby plant on the leafs and it's very agressive. It just drops these babys on the soil and you have a new plant... [scaredy]

Any ideeas? I'd like to have max 2 plants not a whole garden!!! [Eek!]

you have a "mother of thousands" and you are right, they are prolific reproducers. from what I know of them, the best way to prevent being over run is to keep them in a pot in an area where the dropping babies can't grow (on a patio or something). BUT you do want to have at least 2 or 3 at all times as when the mother plant blooms, she will die.

It seems my grandfather was right, you do learn something new everyday! What a neat plant! And I have always had propagation problems. Maybe I need one of those. [Wink]
