It says it kills Burmuda. I have a dilema... [thinker] ...do I spray for these guys or do I let them eat the [Mad] icky Burmuda??????

Do they eat anything else besides Burmuda? I have Fescue will they eat that as well? Want the fescue and other plants....don't want the Burmuda.
HELP!!!!!!! Resistant to Sevin and Diazinon which I have spread before. Have you heard of the products mentioned on the site above and which did you find worked better.
Ewwwww they are soooo ugly. Guess they are known for their huge bite as well. [Frown]

How big are they actually???
If they were microscopic and only
ate grass, I'd say get 'em!!!
Some preditors die when their food
source is gone....???
Does it say anything like that??
Weezie
P.S. They are butt ugly!!! [shocked] [shocked] [shocked]

I was bothered by mole crickets.(They ARE ugly)What I did was use some Dawn detergent mixed in a bucket of water, About 1/2 cup Dawn to a couple of gallons of water. Mix it so you get suds. If you look around your yard, you should see mounds of dirt, just like moles make, only smaller. Pour some of the mix on the mound. If you are lucky, they will come up and die. I have tried other detergents, but Dawn seems to work the best.
I was only bothered by them in early summer, so they may not be the same Mole crickets that I had, but it might be worth a shot. [devil]

Mole crickets have a large head and front legs like shovels.

You can also drench the soil in the affected area wth beneficial nematodes if an insecticide that contains diazinon which is formulated for soil use is ineffective.
