I heard an ad on the radio for a perennial plant called a "Scardey Cat" which was supposed to keep cats and other pets out of your flower beds. I was channel surfing on the radio, so I'm not sure what station I was on or the nursery that they were advertising, so I can't call to find out this information. I have 5 outdoor cats on my farm and they LOVE to play in my plants . I love my "kids" but get a little peturbed when the kill off a plant. Replacing is sooo expensive when you have to put in a bunch of new plants. Does anybody have a clue what I am talking about??? I'm in zone 4 if that helps!

I saw these plants at my local walmart store....if they have them then they shouldn't be too hard for you to find....they also had them to keep dogs away too.....I didn't know how good they worked though so I didn't get any, but they weren't too expensive....I think they were only around 3 something a plant.......I'd just check around in the garden dept. of any big stores you have around where you live.....maybe someone has actually bought this plant though and can tell you how good they work....
