I have a few Rose bushes that have nice green leaves and also yellow mottled leaves.
I find little very small red things or bugs underside of leaves. I have been spraying under the leaves with a mix of 1 tbs of Ortho Orthonex to the gallon but I don't seem to be making much progress in elimonating the problem. Any suggestions?
Thanks for any response. Circe

Well Circe.....sounds like it could be either aphids...if the move...or rust...if they don't (both can be red in color).

With aphids....spray them off with a strong blast of water....and spray your plant with an insecticidal soap solution.

If it is rust...then you must cut off the infected parts and destroy them. Making sure there is good air circulation through the plant is helpful, and you could spray with sulfur...weekly.

Good luck
