Hello Butterfly Pea, Welcome aboard!!! Glad to have you here. I've never grown the plant you're talking about, I do know of it, saw pictures of it, it was a pretty blue flower when I saw a picture of it. Could be other colors, not sure. Blue is such a hard color to find.....
I hopin' someone who's grown it will come through and give you an answer...

What other plants do you grow?? Do you grow the butterfly pea/??
And what is your weather like where you are? Are you in your Fall season like we are?
