Hello Limey,
Welcome to the Garden Helpers Forum!!!
Glad to have you on board!
We have a wonderful group of gardeners here.
All very knowledgable and fun to chat with.
I wanted to bring your question to the top, to see if any one had an answer for you.

I'm guessing, that it would have some redeeming qualities... It is vegetation and it would decompose. So, it would have some benefical value...
But as far as being equal, I'm not sure.....
Stick around, maybe someone has an idea,
maybe Bill, our head gardening guru will know, I'm sure someone could venture a small guess!!
Weezie

Okay, where'd you get the name Limy?
Just curious!!

Hey Limey,
[wayey]
How did your lake weed work out???
Did it do ok?
Get a good harvest???
Put it in bags with the leaf mould, or compost it?

Did you find anymore info on it???
Just curious???
