I have several bulbs that I want to plant... [perplexed] BUT... The construction isn't finished on the front of the house [Frown] and I think I would rather plant them in large pots for the next year or so. [dunno] I need help in determining the size of the pots, depth of the bulbs, number of bulbs, and best way to overwinter them. Help?! [gabby]

According to Bill's info right here, azalea pots or bulb trays would be the best. Check out the link on forcing, there is some more potting info on that site. [thumb]

I'm sure someone else knows more about this than I, but I found this info quite interesting. I think I'm going to do paperwhites indoors this year for holiday hostess gifts. [flower]

Women and cats will do as they please. Men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

I have some daffodils (unknown variety), some bleeding hearts, I think some glads, not sure, and a couple of unknowns. I was thinking of layering them in a big pot and then I could mark them as they grew so I could know what they were when I got ready to put them in their permanent site. I read somewhere that they should be put in the ground about 2 times as deep as the bulb is big. Whatcha think?
