We have a large one that we just repotted and brought indoors for the winter. Is it normal for alot of it to turn yellow? I thought it might be from the shock of transplant and bringing it indoors. Thanks for the help....Greg

Hi Greg,
The transition from outside to an inside environment can be quite traumatic for many plants, depending on the degree of change in light and temperature.
Hang your asparagus fern in your sunniest window to help ease the transition. Cool temps will also help. If the needles continue to yellow without letup for a couple of weeks, then it is best to cut back all of the stems to about an inch. This will stimulate new growth that will be better adapted to the indoor environment.
