I recently received a dish garden and I have no idea how to care for this. Should I take all the plants out and repot them, leave it alone? I don't know what kind of plants are even in this dish. I think there is a spider plant and maybe a prayer plant.

Others will know as well but Will Creed will be able to answer your ?'s. He should be around within a few days. I think one of them is an arrow plant. Catlover

Chris,
Clockwise from the upper left, you have a Maranta (prayer plant); another type of Maranta; a spider plant or an Ananas (if it has spiked edges); I can't see very much of the next one; a variegated Peperomia; I can't tell from the photo .
If they are potted in separate pots, then you can consider separating them. If they are potted together, I don't recommend separating them unless you are experienced in doing that.

Prayer Plant as originally identified by Bill.
Picture No. 1 (top left)
(MARANTA leuconuera erythoneura) also known as "Red Herringbone Plant". The leaves are marked with deep red raised veins. The red midrib is surrounded by a pale-green stripe on the olive green leaf.
Picture No.4 (top right)
Another Prayer Plant (MARANTA leuconuera kerchoveana)also known as "Rabbit-Track Plant". Oval leaves are decorated with dark spots like rabbit track.

Looks like Variegated Pineapple (ANANAS comosus variegatus).
