I have a jade plant (3') stem diameter of about 3". For the past few months, the leaves are falling off quite frequently. It starts with a white powder on the top side of the leaf (like a fine white dust) then the leaf turns brown/yellow, curls up and falls off. The leaves are getting quite sparse now. I have tried rubbing off the dust which leaves a brownish spot and prolongs leaf life for a while, but inevitably.... watering issue, nutrient issue, pest????? Any help would be appreciated.

greenvan, Welcome to the garden helper. If you post your question in the houseplant section, I am sure that someone can help with the answer. Unfortunatly, I can't. But I did want to say welcome!
