One more identification!!
plant is a cutting off of a bushy plant in my Grandma's backyard. The leaves are red and pink, oval shapped.

Bloodleaf (Iresine herbstii) requires lots of direct sunlight to perform well and to maintain its brilliant red leaves. Never allow the soil to dry out; water thoroughly as soon as the surface of the soil feels nearly dry.

To keep this plant full and compact, you must either pinch out new growth constantly or prune back taller stems periodically. Cuttings will root quite readily in water.

As with most potted plants, it does best when kept potbound. It will produce small flowers, but they are rather insignificant looking.

Watch for whiteflies and spider mites
