Potted ivy plant has fuzzy-like white circles patterned something like a orb spider web on the underside of leaves. Houseplant/garden sprays do not seem to "kill" them and the only solution seems to be to wipe them off.
Since this plant is getting large this method of killing them is getting to be too much. First: what are they? Second: is there an easier way to get rid of them?
BTW.. this plant is outside year around.
