Hi everyone! Anywho, I have 10 little african violets (I can not pass them up) and like 15 new plants started. I was wondering if anyone knew the life span of them? Also, how long it takes to get leaves from the cut leaves? they are rooted but no leaves yet and have been rooted for almost 3 weeks now.. I have them in 1 1/2 in pots and use african violet soil and started them with a rooting hormone... thanks!!

Hey Cass,
The longest I have ever had an african violet is 5 years. then i killed it by not watering it. as for the leaves w/roots, i have no clue... have never rooted one. good luck with your violets. they are great!
