I'm sold on the blue beard! They bring life to your garden;especially here in the South, in late summer when many plants have already done their duty for the season I've also got some blue asters growing for a border and few varieties of irises which have already bloomed. Got a few blue knolls i'm going to pot. Looking forward to those. U sound just like me... spent all afternoon planting celosia (cock's comb),wild daisies (dug up at job site!!LOL!),cleomies, and asters! Gardendreamer03@aol.com

Blue flowers. I love blue flowers! They are so cool! Presently I'm trying to grow Chinaerhinum Summer Skies from seed. (Don't know if that's spelled right :rolleyes I think one has come up. The seeds are so tiny! I hope they grow.

I like my oregano, it hasn't flowered yet but it seems very easy to grow and you can use it in the kitchen. From what I've seen it has bright blue flowers which I'm hoping will give a lovely look to my little herb garden.

I just bought a Blue Margerite. It's supposed to be an evergreen shrub, but it's not frost hardy. I put it in a container and am hoping I can bring it in for the winter. It's beautiful in a container.

My favourite blue flowers are my dephiniums (one is sky and the other is more of a royal, can't remember name) and my morning glory. There is also lobelia and baby's breath. Happy gardening! D.
