Can someone please tell me why my best friend's jade plant started growing roots out of one of the leaves? I think he said the leaf fell off, but he was wondering if you can plant it and make another Jade plant. If anyone has any idea...please drop me a line.

Vickie,
Jades do very well rooted from leaves. I have grown many of them. And if the leaf already has roots, all the better. good luck
