Preparation:
Mix all ingredients (except Portobellos), then cover each Portobello with the mixture. Grill over a flame as you would a hamburger patty, or sauté in a skillet. Make a Portobello stack by sandwiching mashed potatoes, roasted peppers, freshly cooked spinach and asparagus between two of the grilled mushrooms.
