1 C Olive oil
4 TBSP Kosher Salt
4 TBSP Pickling Spice tied in cheese cloth
2 Lbs Peppers or Veggies you want to pickle
8 Cloves of garlic ... 2 per pint
4 mediup yellow onions

In pot add vinegar water oil salt and pickling spice...bring to boil and turn off and cover with lid.. In sterile jars add 2 cloves of garlic to each jar and layer peppers..and onions.
Reheat brine to a boil and fill the jars..cap and place in Water bath for 10 minutes ...*the time on this does not start till the water is at a ROLLING BOIL!! remove carefully and wait for the jars to seal.. Done!
