Jillie's Chicken a la King:

2 boneless uncooked chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
1/2 onion, chopped
2 ribs young celery, chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1/2 cup asparagus spears, coarsely chopped
1 TBS butter
1 can Campbell's Potato Soup
1/2 C milk
1/4 C sour cream

Saute onion, celery, carrot and asparagus in butter until tender; add chicken, a coupla TBS of milk, stir & cover..simmer over low heat until chicken is white and tender.
Add potato soup, remainder of milk and the sour cream. Stir and simmer about 5 min.

Serve over toasted sour-dough bread chunks.

Dinner in one pan!!!
