This is great for get togethers or a snack.
1 block cream cheese 1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing or any flavor you like. 2 cloves garlic 2 small sprigs rosemary,and i use basil,thyme and parsley and whatever herbs i feel like, and amounts to your own taste. tsp peppercorns if you like
cube cream cheese into about 25 or so bits place on a plate or platter drizzle with olive oil toss lightly and cover and toss in fridge for an hour or make day before serve.
And eat with crackers or crusty bread,pita chips whatever you like:-) add ingredients;toss
