Here's a recipe for Marinated Mushrooms and these are awesome!

Marinated Mushrooms

3 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup oil
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons accent
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon sugar

fresh mushrooms

Mix all ingredients together, add mushrooms and let stand in the refrigerator for several hours (or overnight). Cover them and they will last a week.

Did you get copies of the recipes? I can't wait to try the pepper pot soup. I've heard great things about it but never had the chance to try it.
