Sorry I didn't get to it sooner. I don't have a scanner and would have been afraid to put this book into a copier anyway. it's over twenty years old and I wouldn't want it to fall apart on my watch lol. So I very carefully kept the pages open while I hand wrote each recipe down in my own recipe book (plain old 1 inch binder with college rule paper). That's what took so long. Now that they are in there and I can lay my own book open I'll get more and more of them posted. There are some that look like they are to die for. Really, really yummy.
