3 Cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 small package of lemon jello

Combine all ingredients together and mix until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured bundt cake pan and bake at 370 for 25-30 minutes.

This recipe can be adapted to any flavor because you can switch the pudding for any flavor or add 1/2 teaspoon of flavored extract. My other favorite is chocolate almond using chocolate pudding and almond extract.

Probably not cuz mine is not overpowering at all. I would not mind it with a bit more zing at all. Lemon rind as well.
