I've been EXTREMELY busy lately, but i still manage to find time now and then to try new recipes. Here is a recipe that i tried last night. Not only is it easy, but it's scrumptious... and fattening.... hehehehehe
Thank goodness i workout every day!

Chocolate Walnut Coconut Bars (Kraft Food & Family Magazine)

Ingredients
11 Graham crackers (1 ½ cups crushed)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 pkg. (8 oz) semi -sweet baking chocolate, chopped
1 ½ cups flaked coconut
½ cup walnut pieces
½ cup raisins
1 can sweet condensed milk

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving 3 inches foil extending over short sides of pan (serves as a handle to lift out of pan later)

Mix crushed graham crackers and butter. Press evenly onto bottom of pan.

Sprinkle chocolate, coconut, walnuts and raisins over crust.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over mixture in pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan.
Lift out of pan onto cutting board. Cut into 32 bars.

Bobbbbbbb, I was just reading that
recipe yesterday....... no kidding..
I get their little catalog thing
they send, ****I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT***
~its such a nice catolog or phamplet,
or what ever you call it, I put my name on
their mailing list for it..and it's got recipes
and coupons..~

Anyhow, I was looking at that, and thought
that's a tastly little snack..

I was kinda kickin' around the idea to put
Gramham Crackers instead of the regular saltines'.

(Cinnamin~Fat Free one's are
really crunchy and add a different taste to it too)
