Hi all, I use these all the time- and since we are low or so salt use the nosalt salt in them.. Kelley's Cooking Tips ===================== Make Your Own Spice Mixes: CREOLE SEASONING 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon black pepper 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon dried thyme ITALIAN HERB SEASONING 1 teaspoon oregano 1 teaspoon marjoram 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon basil 1 teaspoon rosemary 1 teaspoon sage SEAFOOD SEASONING 1 tablespoon ground bay leaves 2 1/2 teaspoons celery salt 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper 3/4 teaspoons ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger 1/2 teaspoons paprika 1/2 teaspoons red pepper 1/4 teaspoons ground mace (optional) 1/4 teaspoons ground cardamon (optional) POULTRY SEASONING 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon paprika 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon ground white pepper 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg CHILI POWDER 3 tablespoons paprika 1 tablespoon ground cumin 2 tablespoons oregano 1 teaspoon red or cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder * * * * * * *
