The crust is a little crunchy when cutting, but the rich taste will melt in your mouth. Serves eight. Filling 2 eggs 8 ounces softened cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 11/2 cups sour cream 3 Tablespoons cocoa Crust 11/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies) 1/4 cup butter 1/2 of a 11/2-ounce chocolate bar Crust Melt butter and chocolate. Stir together until smooth. Mix well with cookie crumbs. Press the mixture on sides and bottom of a nine-inch cake or pie pan. Set aside.
Filling
Preheat oven to 375°. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for 35 minutes. Chill before serving. If desired, drizzle top with melted chocolate or any remaining cookie crumbs. Top with whipped cream.
