It reminds me of an incident with my pets when I was quite small. We had a poodle and a parakeet. We let the parakeet out to play quite a bit. One day pete had been quiet for quite a while so I went looking for it and lo and behold.... There he was sitting on the head of the poodle pepe. And Pepe knew he wasn't allowed to hurt pete so there he sat with the parakeet on his head. The Rott died last year, but Coco actuall used to sit on his back and try to preen him. Funniest thing!
